During the treatment, you will remain completely clothed.   After the treatment, you will need to drink plenty of water and rest to support your body in its transition.  Some minor detoxification effect might be present within 24 – 48 hours.

The initial treatment consists of the following:

1. A Consultation Discussion: You will be asked to fill in a confidential medical history where we can introduce ourselves and discuss your key areas of concern, and what you are hoping to achieve from the Reflexology journey.  If you would like to send me any medical history information or concerns ahead of time, please e-mail me.

2. An Initial Assessment: After the consultation, I will provide a thorough 60 minute treatment.  In this session, I will conduct a full body assessment by treating the corresponding reflex zones on the feet.  This will allow me to see your full physical and mental picture, more clearly understand your trouble zones, and possibly identify other areas we may want to address moving forward.  The 60 minute assessment will then allow us to develop an action plan from which we can begin to address your symptoms during regular sessions.  Please allow yourself 80 minutes during the first visit.

On-going Sessions

We will then move into regular on-going sessions: using the action plan developed in the initial assessment as our guide, but also re-assessing regularly.  Depending on the goals, we may choose to focus on Foot Reflex Therapy vs. Face, or we may use both.

The benefit of Foot Reflexology SorensensistemTM

The difference between the traditional Foot Reflexology and SorensensistemTM Foot Reflexology is the additional treatment of modern neurological techniques.  The SorensensistemTM takes traditional Foot Reflexology to a whole new level, incorporating the understanding of nerve connection to the Central Nervous System (CNS) throughout the entire body.  It is important to receive Reflexology work done on the feet since there are over 7,000 nerve endings on one foot.  While traditional Foot Reflexology targets the organs and their reflex areas, the SorensensistemTM goes further by treating the additional spinal nerves and also reconnecting the bridge between those nerves and organs.

Understanding the treatment

At the beginning of treatment, I will introduce my touch by applying gentle massage movements from toes to knees.  This will help warm up the muscles and prepare you for the Reflexology session.  Then I balance 12 major organs pair by pair.  Starting on the right foot, we will work on the first pair which includes stomach, spleen and pancreas, and then move to the left foot to complete.  In the same manner we will then continue working in the order of lung and colon, kidney and bladder, liver and gall bladder, heart and small intestine, and finally hormonal and circulatory systems.  If your priority is improving your overall blood circulation or any symptom appears from waist down, Foot Reflex Therapy is one of the best choices among Reflexology healing arts.

For someone who is interested in knowing how Face Reflex Therapy feels, I am pleased to offer a complementary 15 minutes of Face Reflex techniques at the end of my foot session to maximize the benefits specifically to each individual’s needs.

This is my “Thanks” to you!  If you enjoy the combo treatment, we can discuss the price for your next visit.
